We ensure every shipment is handled professionally to maintain product quality and buyer satisfaction:
- MOQ (Minimum Order): 1x20ft container (≈18–19 tons, depending on packaging).
- Container Load:
- 20ft container: ~18–19 tons
- 40ft container: ~26–28 tons
- Lead Time: 2–3 weeks after order confirmation and payment.
- Incoterms Available: FOB (Semarang/Surabaya), CIF, or CNF depending on buyer request.
- Documents Provided: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Fumigation Certificate, and others as required (SHT, ROA, MSDS, etc).

Our standard payment terms are:
- 50% Down Payment (TT) – upon order confirmation and signing of the Proforma Invoice.
- 50% Balance Payment (TT) – before stuffing/loading the container.
🔹 Payment is made via Telegraphic Transfer (TT) to our company bank account.
🔹 For long-term partners, we are open to discussing other payment options (LC, partial payments, etc).
